One year from the date of signing the contract.

Rs. _________________ for two preventive and one breakdown visit in the said duration of period.

Service Tax as applicable on the date of invoice.

General maintenance as well as breakdown calls, Hardware and Software problems and any other problems related to the instrument. Other accessories required to run the instrument such as Computer, Printer, Gas; Stabilizer etc. are not covered under this contract.

This is a preventive maintenance contract and we shall not be responsible for such instruments found defective due to misuse, accident, fire, power fluctuations or any other causes and we shall charge for repairs of such instruments depending upon the extent of damage.

If there is a any major break-down in the instrument or its sub assembly which needs repairs at our workshop, you will be required to send it to our place. All the charges of delivery & collection of the Instrument shall be borne by you including insurance for transit & storage at third party (ASE). The charges for such repairs will be extra.

Customer should arrange all spares and consumables. Consumable during the servicing if any parts are replaced from our stock, those will be charged separately after the engineer's visit.

We shall not be held responsible for delay in repairs due to non-availability of spares. In such cases you will be required to arrange for the spares.

We shall endeavor to depute our engineer in time. However, we shall in no way be responsible for any loss due to delay in attending your call under circumstances beyond our control.

Contract duration as per work order should be strictly followed and mentioned visits will be completed in the period of one year. No pending maintenance visits will be carried forward for next year.

100% advance along with work order by Demand Draft payable at MUMBAI.
